Terms of Service
Effective May 2026
By accessing or using Outfox Media's studio dashboard at outfoxmedia.co.uk (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who can use the Service
The Service is intended for invited team members (administrators and freelance contributors) of Outfox Media. Account creation requires Google sign-in and approval by an administrator before you can access any production data.
2. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
- Don't share your account credentials with anyone else.
- Tell an administrator immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for anything illegal or fraudulent.
- Attempt to access data belonging to other team members beyond what the Service displays to you.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service.
- Upload malware, viruses, or harmful content.
- Impersonate other users or misrepresent your role.
4. Content you submit
You retain ownership of work product you upload (scripts, edits, thumbnails, etc.). By submitting work through the Service you grant Outfox Media a licence to use that work for the production it was commissioned for.
5. Payments
Rates, payment methods, and timing are agreed between you and Outfox Media outside of the Service. The Service's payment tracking is a record-keeping tool, not a payment processor. Disputes about payment are resolved between the freelancer and Outfox Media directly.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability and aren't liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or third-party service outages (Google, Discord, Supabase, Vercel).
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outfox Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
